Not terrible but not the greatest. I stayed for 3 nights. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. They had tons of empty rooms, it was very quiet. The towels were clean and the room was clean besides the smoke smell. You get what you pay for. It is just an old motel that hasn’t been invested in in a long time. The front desk lady was very nice when we checked in.

Bad idea big safety issue here
It is the cheapest by far in the area and it’s conveniently right next to six flags. They don’t charge for late check-in either which is really good. We went to six flags first and decided to crash here. The guy who worked nights and checked us in was rude unfortunately. The room was okay, it was clean and the king option was spacious enough for us. The furniture and the bathroom as well as the entire room is clearly aged though but that’s to be expected for the price you pay. If you’re just staying to sleep for a night or two it’s not that bad.
The pool is looks like it hasn't been cleaned since last year. I was just staying the night before i got back out on the road again and noticed that there was just so many uncleanly things about this hotel. For starters the bathroom and sink is molding. The bed sheets are old and torn and the bed itself sits low to the floor. And before check-out the maid will enter the room without knocking just unlock the door. It would be wise to find a better hotel next time but just in case i wanted to warn others ahead of time.
No breakfast available. No pool available. Cleanliness below expectations. Broken chain at door talks bad about the place. Internet signal on and off.
4 out if my 5 stays here have been very good. Only once did I have any problems with the room and the staff did try to work with me on the issue I had however it did end up costing me a little more money for a different room. Overall this place is a very good value for the price.
This was AWFUL. The manager or clerk was not wearing a mask and was very rude. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke and weed, was filthy, and the door barely closed and locked. The comforter was visibly stained and had burn holes in it and the towels were stained. The bathroom had blood on the walls in two different spots and there was mold on the tile. We went back down to request a better room or a refund, to which he threw his hands up in the air and was visibly irritated that we bothered him with our blood stained room. He gave us a key card to another room that did not work. We left shortly after arriving and stayed in Bakersfield over an hour away from Castaic. We booked through hotels.com so we were not able to get a refund but we requested a refund on our 67 dollar deposit that we’re still waiting to be credited to our account. Don’t waste your money or your time on this disgusting place. Just walking into the room might give you head lice or scabies.
Checked into room and went to work. Came back next morning and unbeliesomebody else checked in my room and my luggage is nowhere to be found. Unbelievable
