Janey was very friendly and my haircut was excellent. The new Supercuts App let's you schedule appointments with a few clicks and let's you select your hairdresser or let the first available one. About as easy as it gets!

I usual have no complaints with this Supercuts ever since my barber moved away they’ve taken great care of me. But lately my hair has been getting subpar treatment. This isn’t a barbershop, I understand that, I’ve actually gotten knew styles from this location which I’ve loved but there is absolutely no blending done to my hair. There are noticeable patches of hair on the sides and back of my head along with a “bump” that was supposed to be blended in. I have a very important event this evening and now I don’t have time to fix it. This was all because I didn’t want to wear a hat and look professional. I wish I can share pictures on here so this mistake can be avoided for future clients. I’m sorry for the harsh review but it looks like I’m going to have to wear a hat to my event and find a new place to get my hair done, pity to because I really liked this location being super close to where I live. Sad to say but lesson learned.

Service seems decent. I just didn’t like the haircut that was given. I specifically asked what I was looking for and ended up with shorter hair than asked. Only reason I am given three stars it’s because the hairdresser was friendly and it looked clean.

There’s ok stylists here and great stylists here. Just like any other place, find what works for you and stick with it. Melissa is my favorite out of the few I’ve had here. The biggest reason I gave them 5 stars is the Supercuts app. I absolutely hate waiting just for a haircut as simple as mine. So I check in on the app 15 minutes before, and literally I get to sit down to start the haircut chair. You can even select who you want to cut your hair if you prefer that.

All employees are professional & I like their jobs. Rose is great . They also charge fairly decent . The only problem is that they're busy on Sundays and you have to wait 15-20 minutes for your turn.
