We have recently been looking for two folding electric cycles to purchase. After doing some research on the internet we found the models that we required. After contacting our local cycle shop in Castalla the owner informed us that although he did not stock this make and model he could order them for us. We were quoted a 48 hour delivery time and true to his word the bikes arrived two days later. I would like to thank the shop owner and his staff for their professional handling of this order. The bikes were fully assembled and charged before being collected and the owner spent a great deal of time to explain all of the features of the bike even taking into account our language difficulties. We will continue to use this shop as it was truly a pleasure to deal with somebody who is obviously dedicated to helping their customers in any way. Well done Dbicis cycles. \u200d️
