I stayed here during a four-day long conference I was attending. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast and cappacino were included in with the cost of my room. The breakfast was good. I like to swim for exercise and the Golden Tulip has a large pool. There are safe and scenic places nearby the hotel and the exercise room is well-equipped. I recommend the Golden Tulip is you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay when you are in the Naples area.

Excellent resort with a fantastic swimming pool, large rooms and very attentive staff. A minor letdown is the restaurant (good quality but very limited choice) however there's plenty to choose from within the 1km range. Definitely recommended.

0 stars was not an option. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. The food is garbage. Menu is only a few items and that is the same menu for lunch & supper and room service. Very expensive prices for what you get. Hotel is far from everything and taxis are expensive too. They charge a return fare for driving empty because the hotel is considered outside the area. Airport to hotel was 60 x2 for return. 120. Next day looking for a restaurant was another 120. We could afford to go anywhere. There is a little community about 15 min walk and they have a place to eat that’s better. But when we got there on the weekend nothing was open. They charge for the use of the gym and hot tub and sauna. 15 for 90 min and the last entry is at 5:30pm. (Till 7:00pm). No new customers after 5:30 though. Rooms and hotel look like there from the 80’s. No décoré and wide open spaces of nothing. Main floor is extremely cold as well.

Male reception staff is very rude to females, however female employees were nice and helpful. Maybe this place was a resort 10 years ago, but it’s nestled in the ugliest area in Naples. It’s an over sized Marriott hotel at best. Bedding is like sand paper, the grounds are not well kept, and only one of the pools looks swimmable. The only reason I stayed here was because my flight back home was cancelled and my airline paid for it. Service is terrible, there’s only WiFi in the lobby area, and food is far overpriced for its quality. Overall, not worth the stay

The hotel is quite old. it affects plumbing. Broken mixer. There was no refrigerator in my room, although it should be there according to the description. The rooms are more or less clean. There are no disposable slippers. As for food, it is a complete shame. All 4 days there was only one meal: eggs, scrambled eggs, one type of sausage and cheese, croissant and yogurt. meager and poor breakfast. This also applies to dinner. water in the rooms do not put.
