So. My wife and I were staying at the Tropic Motor home park next door. It was Sunday. The fiesta of St John was this weekend. We speak the barest smatterings of Spanish. I wander in at 8pm thinking no right minded establishment would begin serving food later than 8pm. Turns out, through many hand signs, smiles and vigourous head nodding, that like many places here this fiesta weekend, food begins later than usual, at 9pm. I should add that I do not strike most people as someone who is about to waste away if I don't eat in the next hour. However, the owner (?) ensured that we we're served with the most delicious, fresh seafood dinner. The swordfish was exvellent. The waitresses were polite, professional and friendly. One of the ladies seemed to be using her phone to translate, from Spanish, such things as \did you like your dinner?\ and \ can I get you anything else\. In turn, we used our phones to translate our gratefulness for their hospitality. This restaurant has shown true hospitality and friendliness and, in my opinion, deserves every one of the 5 stars. The food was excellent. The customer service fantastic. The tables and chairs are plastic, the table cloths paper but the hospitality is gold.

Camarera sin mascarilla tras la barra y otros dos que salen y entran de la cocina con ella en la barbilla. Solo tienen pizzas pre-cocinadas y bocadillos.
Buen sitio, para pasar la tarde.
Fui por la noche y es una sitio muy chic, con muy buen ambiente, tranquilo e incluso para ir con niños
Me refiero al chiringuito Mira al Mar. Expectativas muy altas para lo que realmente te encuentras, lo primero que ves en un chiringuito enfrente de la playa no debería de ser un cartel de pizzas congeladas. Muchos camareros muy desaorgsnizados para pocos clientes, pasaron todos los camareros por nuestra mesa y para colmo pedimos una copa y la traen con medio refresco echado. Las tapas desiguales y diferentes; una primera de uno era la tercera de otro y así. Lo bueno es el cambio.
