I am hoping this is just a once off horrible experience. I joined the gym yesterday with the intention of getting my children back into a swimming pool for fitness. The staff were pleasant and helpful Then today I came back with one of my children so that he can swim. The young female receptionist was rude and unhelpful. The fact that she does not speak English is not the problem her attitude was disgusting. She called a male member of staff to help, he popped into reception, made a phonecall and then vanished. All I needed was to be shown where the change rooms and pool were. So eventually the rude receptionist snatched my proof of payment from me and handed me a locker key and ignored my attempts to find out where the pool was. So we went looking for it by ourselves. Another client showed us the change rooms and a cleaner showed me how to get to the pool. There was a sign about no shoes allowed, so between the two of us the non English speaking cleaner and I sorted out my shoe problem with protective wear over my shoes. She was kind and helpful. Then I accompanied my son to the pool area where immediately another member of staff tried to make me leave because apparently I am breaking a rule by wearing clothes in the pool area. None of these rules were told to me when I joined. I said okay, its my 1st time here, can I stand at the entrance to the pool and watch my son swim. Anyway then a friendly gym member helped and told him to let me sit and watch wearing clothes (and not a costume ) as it was our first visit. So overall, the admin / gym staff seem to have a terrible attitude. It doesn't matter that we dont speak the same language. A lot can be achieved with a smile and hand gestures. Hopefully the week day staff are more pleasant than this lot that have been unfriendly and unhelpful.

Hoy domingo he llamado mínimo 8 veces a tiempos diferentes y no hay manera de que contesten al teléfono. No profesional! Soy socio de este club pero mala relación calidad precio !

Club deportivo muy cómodo y completo. Enclave privilegio en Castelldefels. Instalaciones nuevas muy atractivas. Con un bar y terraza muy chulos. 4 pistas exteriores de Padel. Instalaciones impecables. Personal atento. Maquina de bebidas económicas. Para darle la 4 estrella habría que probar la piscina.

No tiene jacuzzi, el gimnasio es muy pequeño con muy pocas máquinas, personal antipático y la sauna no funciona. Muy malo en comparación con los gimnasios de Barcelona que por el mismo precio te ofrecen instalaciones súper amplias, zona de spa con varias piscinas y un trato exquisito. Esta muy caro para lo poco que ofrecen.
