Fantastic yoga studio, really friendly and zen atmosphere. The instructors are very professional and help you correctly achieve each posture. Great range of classes for beginner to expert level. Awesome location in a very tranquil spot close to the beach. I felt instantly welcomed to the new classes and left each one feeling fully energised and at the same time totally relaxed. :) Happy to have found this gem of a place!

If you are looking to start or even if you are more advanced in practicing yoga, at Flow you have all levels and different styles. I love the more active classes, they are great! Teachers are also very professional and explain everything very well. Love this place!

Great studio, skilled teachers and definitely the best place to go for yoga in Castelldefels. I come here every week and always walk out with a great feeling. Added bonus, they also organise special tallers and events! :)
Really nice spot, clean and quiet, excellent location and good instructor. It might be helpful to check what is on offer before going.
