Nice place, though nothing special. Very nice view. Not worth of a big detour, but if you're going to Greve di Chianti, definitely check it out.

If you appreciate history and medieval architecture san gimignano is not to be missed. For those less interested there are tons of great shops and restaurants.

The building itself is beautiful but inside it is mainly a museum to their local soccer team with a few Etruscan relics.

splendidly preserved medieval castle. the views from the top are spectacular. you need a ticket for the archeological museum next door to get access to the tower (6 euro).
