Situates between two large dealers Toyota and Hyundai is Castle Hill Nissan. It is in the southern end of Victoria Avenue. Comparing to other car dealers in Castle Hill area this car yard is not small. There are quite wide ranges of cars on show including used, new, family, sport or fast and luxurious cars. Have been looking for new car for the past few weeks and last weekend booked in with salesperson to test drive SUV specifically Nissan Qashqai. It’s on sale. Love the car but not the service. This was the second time here in fact. The weekend before we tested one but car was just not right one for us. This time during the test drive salesperson asked if I liked the car and happy to close off the deal today. After seeking assistance from his manager at the car yard as he said that all colour are available if deal made today. Put my deposit and signed the paper at office and still had not make up my mind completely about the colour choice made. This had already advised previously. At finance office requested to change colour or at least coming back with colour of choice the next day. That can’t be done. Very disappointing. There were several people assisting with closing off the deal but after none wanted to assist thereafter. Slept over this one and next day emailed to cancel the purchase. Still like the car but not the service. Hope to have my deposit back.
Amazingly helpful sales team. Especially Lester, who's very knowledgeable, and understands the customers needs. He's got a great sense of humor and outstanding customer service skills. Its a pleasure to know you Lester. You truly are an asset to the dealership.
Friendly and helpful sales staff. In particular, a specific salesperson by the name of Lester. He was very polite and had a great sense of humour. Within the first 2 minutes, it was as if a friendship formed between us. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from the dealership, he still made the effort to contact me a week after my visit to see if there was any further assistance required. Great salesperson and always had a smile on his face.
Just bought a Nissan Pathfinder. Great service! Lester was super helpful and really understood our family needs. So happy!
