My baby was there for less than 4 hours on his first day before the director called my child care services and terminated services with out even telling me. They asked for a list of updated information and I gave it to them, then the director told me I was too much and she didn’t want to deal with me. This is the one on blanco rd, she wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain. I’m over it but warning she is terrible, contact the owner about her most definitely.

They kicked my son out because I asked for feedback on how to keep the routine they would have going for my son(i havent had a kid in 9 years im a bit out of the loop), I provided a list of what was in his diaper bag and the director called me and banned my son from both locations because it was easier for her.

This Place is Wonderful! The Teachers are Great! I have been taking My Daughter there since she was 5 months. She was having some trouble in gaining weight and the staff was excellent in doing everything to help her. She is now a Healthy 3 Year Old. They also took really good care of My 1 year old Son since he was 6 weeks. Love the Ladies at Castle Hills Learning Center!

You get what you pay for. It ALWAYS stinks!!! The playground is awful, the teachers are inconsistent...always someone else in the classroom so no one could ever explain what happened to my son when he would come home with scratches or bite marks and they pretty much refused to give me a daily report...My son was ok then all of a sudden HATED going, would scream every single morning!! Hes been in another center 2 weeks now and is completely adjusted and happy already. Choose wisely

My son went here for 2 weeks and would not want to go everytime.The teacher in the toddler class older lady would comment she wasn't ready for my son and grabbed him ugly on day because he cried when I would leave that same day when I picked him up he had a mark on his arm they said it was a child bite.I took him out that day it isnt a good place at all.
