Lazy and unresponsive when you are actually a tenant with them, they cannot wait to get you off the phone as quickly as possible, their general attitude towards you is nowhere near professional. If you decide to go with castle residential i cannot stress how important it is to take pictures as evidence of absolutely EVERYTHING when you initially move in. They will try and keep your entire deposit when you move out and are absolutely not afraid to make up bills to accumulate to the total amount of your deposit, and they will try and use scare tactics to try and get your deposit amount, even in an economically hard time of a global pandemic. By far the worst letting agency i've ever dealt with and would highly suggest giving them a miss.
