The management Kris and Bill are a cut above. If something goes wrong with your experience they are quick to discuss and reasonably meet your needs to ensure you're satisfied and your issue is rectified. Nothing in life is perfect all of the time but these gents know how to make it right when things aren't up to standards. You can trust this location.

Fixed a TPMS issue the Firestone next door and the Nissan dealer couldn’t and did it for free. It was a simple enough issue that just required a reset, not a relearn or dead sensor but everyone else got it wrong. I was happy enough that I decided to come back and drop off some cash to buy the techs lunch. That should tell you all you need to know about the level of competence of this particular discount tire.
