I have been going to this gym for several years and just love it. It’s not too big and all the staff are so friendly and highly qualified. I recommend either private workouts or class with Joby, he is awesome and tailors workouts so well to an individuals needs. To make things even more perfect they have an incredible massage therapist! Jen is just the person to book an appointment with after a long stressful week.

I visit HealthFit Gym regularly for the massage therapy services. Jen is incredible! While she certainly can provide a relaxing massage like many other providers, her true strength is her talent in working with athletes and assisting with mobility challenges. I always leave her table feeling much better. She addresses aches and tension, as well as the underlying muscular issues causing them. My favorite massage therapist I've ever found.

The staff are so motivated to help. Very knowledgeable. There are a variety of classes and personal training available too. It is easy to stay focused since it is a smaller gym. It isn't a pressure driven experience.

Awesome little gym! I have loved working out here because I don't have to fight the crowds or worry about equipment being clean. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Having FREE 24-hour access was perfect for my hectic schedule! Highly recommend. Zero complaints.

The staff is super friendly, the equipment is great and the location is extremely convenient for me to get a workout in after work before I head home. There are no excuses for me not to exercise there. I love it.
