My wife and I went to buy some Oakley’s. A pair for me and a pair for her. A female was helping us we gave her the ones we wanted and she had said “Let me get you a fresh pair” my wife had left to another store and I stayed behind to make the purchase. My pair was great, the ones I wanted. As for my wife she had gotten the wrong pair and on top of that they were scratched. We did get our refund(which is good). We came back the next day(Sunday) to see if the shipment they received on Saturday(possibly Friday) had the pair my wife wanted. The gentleman I was working with had mentioned that it hasn’t been put away and doesn’t know if the pair my wife wanted was even there. My wife was bummed out and was looking forward to her new Oakley’s. I don’t like to make these type of reviews when it comes to things happening out of people’s control. This time it just seems like no one wanted to put away the shipment and organize it so things like this can run a lot smoothly.

I brought my favorite shades into this store for repair. It was apparent that they were my favorite because the arms had popped off and the lens were scratched up. But in my defense I wore them while working outside. Thinking I was going in just to get new arms the salesmen looked at my shades and gave me a good price on a new pair of the same shades AND the price was better then my original shades.
