I had a complicated medical problem that involved IV antibiotics making it necessary for me to stay with my daughter in Castle Rock. They bent over backwards to make sure I could get my medical care with them so I would not have to drive all the way to Colorado Springs everyday. Everyone treated me with exceptional kindness and consideration. I now come all the way from Colorado Springs to get my health care here because of the wonderful care they give. Thank you Plum Creek Medical!

I cannot say enough how hard we tried to like Plum Creek Medical but time and again we were subjected to problems that we simply had to move onto another practice. The sad thing is that we liked the Doctor who cared for our special needs son but we couldn't get past the multiple 20-40 minute wait times in the stifling examination room, the condescending attitude of the office staff when you queried a charge and just the overall feeling that you were a burden to their assumed smooth operation. They obviously feel that their patients are dim witted and all they see are dollar signs on each visit. Thanks Dr. Simon, you were about the only good thing about that place. We're going to miss you.

This place is a joke! No wonder they are going out of business! We visited their so called practice only once and were rushed through a 10 minute appointment only to get several prescriptions wrong. The staff was not professional and was unfriendly. Shortly afterwards we received a letter saying they were going out of business... This morning I received a call from their billing department saying we needed to pay them 20 each so they could transfer our records to our new doctor. She said after I paid them 40 I could come pick up the records... Said they didn't fax them because they were not sure the new doctor would get them but we could come pick them up...! We are paying them 40 to get a copy of information that we gave them... I don't thinks so! I can see why they are closing and when I told the lady at Plum Creek Medical that she hung up on me! I just spoke with our new doctor and they said not to worry, they will be fine with out them and they have been receiving a ton of calls with the same issue about Plum Creek Medical...!

I was there for all of 5 minutes. The lady that treated me was not professional and seemed to not no what she was doing. I was not proscribed anything. I went to a different doctor a week later and received antibiotics, turns out I was not diagnosis property the first time. When I received my bill I disputed paying 130 for only 5 minutes of care. But the payroll lady told me a I received professional medical treatment and would have to pay in full. "Not to professional if you ask me". I would not recommend this place.

I went to the urgent care and was seen fairly quickly for something burning my eye. I was told I probably should have gone to an eye doctor. Also the doctor that saw me went and took a phone call without washing her hands when she returned. I'm also a regular patient here and always expect to wait 45 minutes beyond your 'appointment' time to be seen. The doctor really enjoys talking about himself and telling stories, now I see why wait times are so long. Also expect to be nickle and dimed' here...

Dr. England has provided good service and I appreciate the research he has done himself to be able to provide a good alternative view on traditional medicine. I have been looking for a Dr that understand and embraces the role of nutrition in preventative care. Dr. England does that.

Over 5 years I've been going to Plum Creek but have been debating going to another practice for some time. I have many reasons but the straw that finally did it? Given all symptoms, prodded ("Ouch!"... "Have you had your appendix out?"... "No.") and even x-rays I was going to be prescribed an acid reflux medicine because I didn't have symptom X said the doctor. I had to remind the doctor I did mention I did have symptom X. "Oh! That's different. Have some Cipro." Less than 10 hours later I'm in the ER being prepped to have my oversized appendix removed. Sorry, I do not agree with the pill pushing and x-rays for everything plus this wasn't the first time no one was listening though they were in the same room with me. There are good people at PCM but I have to move on because it is about my health.

I have been going to Plum Creek Medical for many years. Recently I moved out of the area and after trying to find another doctor and being disappointed by the new offices I now commute to keep seeing Kristyn Everett. She is efficient and so knowledgeable and I always feel she has the answer to any healthcare problem. It is worth the drive!!! Plum Creek and the entire team is the best office I found in Castle Rock and surrounding areas up to 4 hours away!
