Jacob and Taylor have been so kind to us at this location! They were very clear on what we were buying and what was included in our warranty. We buy all of our jewelry from this Zales location. Great quality and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

I go into this Zales often. The staff members are friendly and they remember my name when I go in. Colby helped me when I went in this week. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the stones to me and the individuals with disabilities that I care for. He took the time to talk to us and show us different options of jewelry to purchase. We are very happy customers and I highly recommend this store.

Jacob did a phenomenal job explaining several options for us for upgrading my ring. Not only that, but he was knowledgeable and very personable. I had an incredible experience and they did not push us or make us feel pressured to buy anything! Because Jacob took the time to build a relationship with us in the small time we were there, we ending up buying two rings becuase I felt that confident and comfortable with making a purchase with him.
