An elderly relative felt unwell during the week and was able to be seen by Dr Uppala the same day, who treated her with kindness and arranged for the relevant bloods to be taken. The results were turned around quickly and she was able to return the next day for an appointment which I joined her for. At this appointment Dr Uppala was thorough in her exam and came to an effective diagnosis quickly, including spotting a potentially serious secondary condition if left unnoticed. Medication & management of the condition was organised on the same day. An hour or so after the appointment, Dr Uppala went out of her way to ring us at home, and put us forward for further tests at New Cross on the same day. Greatly appreciative of both her clinical knowledge and her consummate professionalism in making her patients feel comfortable and taking a genuine interest in their care.

Very poor service and very bad attitude. The receptionist or who ever takes calls for general enquiries and also appointments has zero people/phone skills. Very unhelpful and not evan willing to listen to what you are calling for as she keeps talking over you. Was made to feel like I shouldn't evan be calling and when I tried to ask about making appointments i was told 2 different things. And still ended up with no appointment for a second time. Very disappointed!!!

My last visit went very well by doctors standards. I was told to call up at 8am and couldn't get through till 8:40. Never the less I was still able to be seen later that day. The surgeon that saw to me was very polite had a little banter and suggested things that would assist me with my issue. A call back was advised if my issue carried on but for now it's looking okay.

Bloody useless I went to the doctors but they said phone us at 8am and I did next weekday. I tired phone them at 8am for over 30 times but no answer.
