During lockdown could order at the door...
Can.t fault argos.
The structure of the shop needs reassessing. Went in to collect an online order so went to the customer services section and waited in line to be guided to the 'collect' section of the store. The young lady that served me simply said 'is it fast track?' I presumed it wasnt as I'd ordered it a week ago, she then just kept saying 'is it FT?' Which took me a moment to realise she meant to order number, read this out to her and she ran off to find my order. This process would be easier for everyone involved IF you had a member of staff near the front of the shop to guide people to the correct area. Colleagues would fine this easier as I heard various customers getting confused by the term 'fast track' as we as customers just view it to be an online order.
The vacuum I purchased developed a fault. I called Argos Technical Support and told them of the issue. They gave me a reference number and told me to return the item back to the store. I took the vacuum back to the store and although the vacuum is under guarantee the manager refused to deal with the issue. I called back the Argos Technical Support and they transferred me to their Customer Service department. They told me the item needs replacing and told me to return the item back to the store. Once again the manager refused to help me and stated that the item I purchased from Argos was a Bush make of vacuum and suggested I call Bush to organise a replacement part. I will try to contact Bush to ask if they can help.
