Carmen helped me to find the perfect house for me few years ago, she helped me to navigate thru the process of finding a house, she even forced me to visit more houses to be sure that I was sure of my choice before buying. She helped me to go thru the negotiation process, paperwork and taking possession of the house. I never felt pressure or stress, I found that Carmen was always there to answer all my questions and provide me with clear and accurate information. I would recommend Carmen to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. I will for sure use Carmen help again.

We hired Carmen and her husband Rod Harris of KWS Construction to build our new home in Rossland. Initially Carmen was involved with the planning but she disappeared once the project began to deteriorate. Carmen and Rod are dishonest and totally incompetent. After 14 months we finally moved into our home. They refused a pre-inspection, and we have never seen or heard from them since. 6 months later our house is falling apart, the floor is out of level by over 2 inches, and separating. In every room the walls are cracking apart. We have filed a claim against them are will be heading to court. Do not trust Carmen with your life savings, she has no respect for her customers. **UPDATE** - November 16th, 2020 A year ago we moved into the house that Rod Harris, Carmen Harris (Remax Realty) and Zeke Popoff of KWS Contracting out of Castlegar attempted to build. This month we were forced to move out for 4 months while a new company begins repairs. The good news is, they have lost their insurance coverage and hopefully will never be able to build again. These people are as dishonest as they are incompetent. I truly wish that no one else will ever have to experience what we have been through with this shockingly inept, unqualified, and often drunk group of misfits.

We worked with Carmen Harris when we bought our house. She was amazing to work with. Very good communication and very thorough. Any question, she knows the answer OR she will find it out for you! Carmen has a very in-depth knowledge of building construction and we never felt pressured into looking or purchasing a home. But when the time came to purchasing a house Carmen had our back the entire way! She was very patient with us and our million questions. We look forward to working with her again in the future
