I received excellent service from Alex in sales! He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, quite efficient, patient and kind to me during the process of purchasing a beautiful Honda Civic which arrived yesterday. Jake in financing was great and answered all my questions as well. Sales manager Martin tied everything together for me and gave me a great deal! Martin was awesome to talk to as well settling any concerns I may have had. I highly recommend Glacier Honda in Castlegar as it an excellent place to purchase a vehicle! Awesome customer service!

Our van had mechanical problems while visiting the area on the long weekend. The service department was super fast to get us in first thing on Tuesday. They got the problem diagnosed and the repair done much quicker than we were expecting!
I did not have a pleasant experience at all. We live almost 2 hours away and we’re told the vehicle we had put a deposit on couldn’t be picked up almost a week later. We were told they could have a remote starter installed and then we were told they didn’t have the tools to make it work. So now we had to make another appointment for the remote starter installed. We felt we were misled from our first phone call telling us they had a vehicle we were looking for only to find out there had already been a deposit put on the vehicle. We finally told them to take the car and sell it to someone else. I was done!!
