Great service with super friendly and knowledgeable staff members. We had a problem with a pair of xc skis and they went out of their way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely go back if I ever need more ski or outdoor gear.

Was sold aSnowboardpackage deal by a sale associate who claims he Snowboards and knew exactly what set up would be best for me. Struggled with control of board and had several crashes and decided to take board to Red Mountains tune shop. Immediately the tech noticed the bindings were set at a random and counterproductive angle which clearly was causing my knees to He greatly compromised and put my safety in great risk. Not only this the Board length is Much much to long fir my height in Fact it's for someone at least 6 inches taller than me. The associate didn't ask me my weight or my height. Basically dumped a hard to sell board-(not many Ride 162) to trusting customer. The boots I was sold ware low support insoles My wife specifically told the sales associate that she was willing to pay for good supporting boots due to my arthritis issiues in my ankles. Basically got a guy who sold us the wrong size board High priced boots-400 with poor insoles. The boards bindings broke on the first run and according to the Red Tech most likely due to extremely bad set angles. Definetly feel taking advantage of. Funny thing? Had money was willing to pay just wanted most importantly equipment that fit. 1200dollars spent and my boards way to long my days of riding are stressful due to improper sized board.
