Had canceled my services beginning of February and my final bill was due March 1st. February 24th I get a letter in the mail from a collection agency stating payment is due immediately and the amount owing was 100. Ill never deal with shaw for anything again. Over priced services that don't work 3/4 of the time. That's why Telus will eventually take over your garbage services!

Been a Shaw Customer for over a year,and I really like Shaws internet service.Sometimes my internet goes down,but thats okay,I understand their updating Internet Servers,also I like that for Shaw 300 Internet I pay about 60 a month,that a great deal,My friend recenty got Telus Internet and pays 160 per month.

absolutely horrible service they have put me on hold for over an hour just to hang up before even talking to anyone this happend 3 times and alos never recieved a schedule call back also after haveing internet problems for over 2 weeks my girlfriend asked for money back and they straight up hung up on her AND they say they are open till 6 online showed up in person and of course they close at 5.
