Receptionist staff always rude & have a bad attitude, especially if you ask how much longer do you have to wait. They are never ever on time. Dr’s are friendly, patient & knowledgeable however very slow with patients. Even though you’ve booked an appointment be prepared to wait up to an hour after your appointment time some times longer. My last two visits I’ve come in for my appointment but then told Dr’s are running behind to come back in an hour and still waited beyond the hour. Will be looking for another GP purely because I don’t want to waste my whole day waiting around.

Doctors are great. I couldn’t ask for better doctor. Their biggest problem is the receptionist. Very rude and smile wouldn’t kill them. NEVER NEVER GO BACK there. Even over the phone, to cancel because we went to hospital instead, we cancel before the appointment was due, they hang up the phone impolitely. They are not professional.. especially the short blond and big lady in the reception. Can’t even bother to get her name. She needs to have training how to be an excellent receptionist.no wonder they have 3.7 stars. I wish I could give them 0 star. I feel sorry for the doctors...

This is a highly rated practice with a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. Dr Arcilla has been our family doctor for years and is definitely worth visiting. His patience, care & knowledge is what brings us back every time. The staff at Casula Family Practice are friendly and cheery. Definitely recommend this place!

Have been attending this practice since it was taken over by new management a few years ago. Dr Maria is amazing, very caring and on the ball. Sometimes there can be a wait, however I dont ever remember going to see a doctor and not having a wait at times. Parking, great service and a Dr that cares. Exactly what one needs and wants. Thanks guys!

Best practice in the Casula area. Reception staff are helpful and Doctor Arcilla is worth visiting for good advice. I went during a busy time, so there was the usual wait to see a Dr, but is worth it.
