Lily is sweet, professional, and trustworthy. Her rates and services are by far the best in Birmingham. She is passionate and experienced, you can tell she really cares about her work and the cats. This is a fabulous place to take your cat, i was so relieved after my first visit to find someone who cared for my cat, as i do.I have an old rescue cat,who needed some attention within a short time of me having her. I wasn’t sure how she would react to someone new, i was worried that her hostile behaviour would be a problem,and that her grumpy attitude wouldn’t help ( all the things i love about her) i needn’t have worried. They are so calm and patient, Lily truly loves all cats and i can’t thank her enough.My cat is getting better with each visit, due to the kindness they have shown her.
Lily was professional but also so warm! Shame I didnt get to meet the other member of staff also! - she greeted my cat lovingly and explained the process. Made me feel reassured because my cat, perhaps like most cats can get jittery around strangers - my cat particularly does not let me groom her at all...which is why I came to Cat Studio. They also sent photos throughout which was lovely and made me feel better. It was a 30 min treatment so I waited in the car. Also worth the money, other places I've seen can cost a lot. But price was decent and the treatment itself was very good! Thank you will be coming again :)
We were quite worried to take our kitten for a bath but it was proved that there is nothing to be worried about! The ladies treated our kitten very gently and were super patient! Our fluffy kid was actually enjoying the whole journey!We also learned a lot from the lady about how yo groom our kitten at home. They are very professional! Definitely recommended!
