Two weeks ago I was on a holiday in Sicily with my Bmw Gs and I noticed that my back brake pads was worn out.I went to Bmw Nuova sport give them the logbook to buy a new set. There was this sales man from the stores I told him to get me set of brake pads and he told me I can"t sale it to you because you don"t have an Italian address,Account and a postcode I told him what. After we start arguing and still he din"t want to sell me.This is disgrace customer care I had 700km trip.There was a this nice lady working there and convinced him to give me a set still he was angry and charged me 66.00 euro for a set of back brake pads.
