Thank you so much to the team at Category 5 Manufacturing! They did an amazing job. They were able to install shutters in my entire home in a few hours and the work is absolutely seamless. My only regret is that they aren't in Broward to do another home for me. I did not put down any money until after the permit was inspected and passed. There are so many crooked companies out there but category 5 are the complete opposite. Thanks again!

Category 5 just installed our shutters this morning, and we are BEYOND happy! While their pricing is fair and affordable, the peace of mind we will now have each summer is priceless. The guys that came for our installation today were professional, respectful, and so helpful. Kenny, Cody, Carlos and Alex went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on throughout the process, touching up paint, and in their demonstration of how to use the shutters correctly. Our permitting tech Jennifer was so helpful and communicative, as well as Charlotte. I have worked with a lot of different contractors and subs, and this was such a positive experience. They were referred to us by a friend, and did not disappoint! I will recommend Category 5 time and time again!
I did a lot of research and got quite a few estimates on accordion shutters before deciding to go with Cat 5. Brian, the owner, came out to my house for an estimate, gave me a quote, and was able to do better with the quote against a quote from one of his competitors for Town and Country Shutters. After about a month or so, his team of four guys were here for the installation. All of the installers are Cat 5 employees, not contractors. Let me tell you, the pride in work and attention to detail goes unmatched & unrivaled with Cat 5. The installation team was a group of nice gentlemen; very kind and courteous and professional. They kept me updated during the installation on what they were doing, had an answer for every question I had, and gave me a rock solid product demonstration after they were all done. No money is due until the job is done and you are happy!! They'll even come out to your house if a storm comes to help you close up your shutters if you so need that assistance. The shutters are of extremely high quality and I expect them to last decades! They even patched up the holes in the cement from my previous shutters and painted it to look like a new house again! I am beyond happy and impressed with the entire process from start to finish with Brian and Cat 5. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! UPDATE 9/21/2019 - In closing my shutters up in preparation for Hurricane Dorian, one of the windows shutters had come off of the track inadvertently. Called Cat 5 up, they had somebody out within the hour and got me squared away. Use this company if you need accordion shutters in Palm Beach County!!!! They rock!!!!
