I ordered a Polar drinks chiller unit late yesterday afternoon and it was due to be delivered next week, but it arrived at 8.30 this morning, fantastic service. Clare in the office was brilliant and helpful, she responded very quickly to my emails. I haven't used the chiller yet as I have to let it stand for 12 hours, but so far I am very happy with the company and chiller unit.

I ordered an equipment to mince meat and it has gone rusty, but they are blaming me because I used it to mince vegetables lol. FYI The machine has big letters saying stainless steel written on it! I called them to try to get my money back, but they haven't answered me in 6 days and don''t seem bothered at all. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Pay a bit more for Nisbets and you will have the best customer service. Bunch of cowboys!

She did exactly what she said she would, kept me informed and worked very hard to get me what I needed on next day delivery - even finding and suggesting alternatives when my first choice weren't available.
