Delayed for over 16 hours and only received a 10 meal voucher. We ended up having to fly to Heathrow and then to Manchester from Hong Kong even though we payed for a direct flight. No compensation offered.

Purchased ticket with issues, so had to rebuy ticket and confirm my card at airport. They told me they would be open but they were not - so I wasted my time and money on A lie. Now I need to wake up at 5am to confirm my card before my parents board the plane. Only hoping that they haven't lied again. Terrible service. Anyone dealing with this company, be careful.
i wish to say how superb were the staff of cathay pacific in looking after me on my flights to & from hong kong! I requested wheelchair assistance & your air stewards were there the whole of the time, reassuring me. The service on the flight was excellent! how it used to be years ago, Well done all at Cathay Pacific, Thank you
Didn’t rate very highly . Shafted me over extra leg room . food ok . Cramped even by the standards of normal economy . Flight attendants a bit snarly
We tend to use this airline as it doesn't make a stop to any other airports and is very convenient for the elderly when they travel to Asia.
