I came for my flu jab on Saturday 26th September. What a brilliant, well orchestrated service. It had clearly been thought out and executed with such a high level of professionalism. My daughter also had hers done on the same day, and totally echoed my thoughts and experience. Thanks to all the truly lovely people at the cathedral medical group. A great service.

The worst doctors surgery I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rude doctors, and bulldog reception staff that seem to think they have medical training. Always unhelpful and difficult, impossible to get appointments. Referrals either don’t get sent , or when they do, they are incorrect. Avoid and go elsewhere if you possibly can.

Lovely helpful reception staff who are always welcoming and do all they can to help you even though they can be very busy. Drs have all been very helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgable and really take the time to listen and are very thorough. Won't be changing even after moving slightly further away. I can't believe this surgery has such a low rating on Google! Nothing bad to say about them.

All-full customer service they take a long time to come back to you.The receptionist is very poor and don’t let you book an appointment when needed even in telephone calls, they make the decisions behalf of the doctors saying that you cannot have an appointment!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Never use this surgery!!

I am very impressed with this practice during these difficult times. I have completed an e-consultation form twice and on both occasions I received a call from the doctor the following day and I was able to see the doctor within 2 hours of them contacting me.
