They don't have nurses which we want. One nurse came and left within 4 days without telling us. The fifth day an old maushi turned up who herself was old and not able to look after my old bed-ridden mother. So we stopped taking their services. It took them one month for refunding the balance money from the amount paid by me in advance. I was given an excuse every time I approached them for my refund. Finally I had to threaten them with a police complaint and I finally got my refund cheque after over one month of waiting. The limit was that the cheque bounced. I had to make a police complaint after which I got the refund in cash. I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO GO TO THIS BUREAU. After reading my review the office girl called me and started scolding me for posting a bad review. THIS WAS REALLY THE LIMIT. ANYONE CONTACTING THIS BUREAU, DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
