I think the Doctor & all his staff does a great job caring for our pets. They all seem to love working together & with the animals. With this pandemic things are very stressful & I appreciate what they have to do to keep everyone safe. My only complaint would be, I believe they overbook. No matter what time or day your appointment is, you will wait. I'm sure that's frustrating for the employees too.

Caton Crossing and Dr Marji Bundy was recommended by a friend. Since we live in Chicago and used to live in the Plainfield area I have heard of this animal hospital. Our senior Chihuahua (Charley) was diagnosed with a torn ligament and it is an expensive surgery not to mention scary because of our baby's age. From the moment I stepped foot into Caton Crossing I received the best compassionate customer service from everyone there. Dr. Bundy took her time to explain everything and we discussed other options and I felt her intentions were pure not pushy but honest not to mention how professional and experienced she is. The surgery took place on 3/14/18 and I received numerous calls through out the day on Charley and Dr. Bundy even took the time to call me personally after his surgery. Dr. Bundy started her day at 8:00 a.m. and she called me at 9:00 p.m. after the surgery. This screams dedication and love for what you do even though you are exhausted. The cost was very reasonable as compared to Chicago's. We would highly recommend Caton Crossing Animal Hospital and you should know that these people care and are the best at what they do. From the ladies at the front desk Jennifer, Kirsten and Caitlyn (vet technician) really everyone there is full of compassion and understanding that you are worried about your fur baby and they get it. Customer Service is impeccable as well as their knowledge and experience. Caton Crossing and staff we thank you for taking such good care of our Charley Bear and we are grateful!!!!!!

I have been taking my cat here for 6 years now, and I've never had an issue with really anything. Any advice they've given was accurate and worked and I always feel they treat me and my fur baby with a lot of care and take the time to explain things so u understand and take as much time as you need to talk and ask questions, I never feel rushed. And bella (my cat) always seems happy.
