Excellent work, very laid back and knowledgeable owner. I bought a 510 Taylor In 1999 and came back to the store in 2021 To have it worked on. Needless to say in 1999 Their service left a lasting impression in me!

I'd like to share my experience and thank staff for a great job they did on my guitars. They literally resurrected 3 of my guitar- vintage Aria Pro LP, Guild D40 and Custom J-45. It was a headstock repair, nut repair, and saddle replacement. In all 3 cases they did a superb job, owner emailed me twice. Mind you that in two latter cases I didn't even know what was wrong, they figured it out and fixed it. Needless to say, it saved me a lot of grief and money in the process as I've gone to some other shops prior and they just couldn't figure it out.

Emory and Charlene at Appalachian Bluegrass went above and beyond to completely replace the body on my 12 year old Taylor 314ce. They worked with Taylor to get the new body covered under warranty, were wonderfully friendly and communicative throughout the process, and made sure the work was done right. The result is a guitar that sounds and plays like new. Appalachian Bluegrass is the best!
