This is a Medicaid clinic so you will receive the service that you pay for, which in essence you don't pay, the state of Maryland pays...so dont go in with expectations other than medication management and more meds prescribed. I had an expectation but I dont anymore. I have no faith in the western medical system at all. Period. I have been blessed to go to doctors where you don't get to use your insurance, those are the doctors who wont push a bunch of meds down your throat. Even they can be hit or miss depending on your situation. If you have usual DSM mental health issues like bipolar or schizophrenia or agoraphobia or other mental disorders then this is the clinic for you. Oh, and the front desk could use a course or 2 on customer service training...the scheduling process was horrible when we first started coming ..but telehealth makes it a little better since you aren't waiting in a room full of people..
