He’s always able to assist in finding problem areas for aches, is very communicative, and is also the best at providing mindful meditation for the busy, stressed out, anxious mind. Dan is super knowledgeable, has a variety of equipment to keep workouts interesting, and always has great music playing. A group of my family and friends were taking a weekly class that is on hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dan made his equipment available to us to rent so we could stay active at home - much appreciated! Looking forward to getting back to the community and the class as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

Dan is fantastic. He is able to illustrate movements and exercises that challenge the individual, in a safe comfortable way but still motivates you to test and push yourself. He also is super adept at explaining to “nubes” in a meaningful way how to perform the movements. Dan was able to walk me through a lot of strength-building and flexibility-increasing moves and had me feeling comfortable in doing them in short order.

Dan’s yoga class is often a highlight of my week. I’ve only been practicing for a few years with him and have noticed significant improvement in my strength, flexibility and balance. Dan’s sequences are challenging while also being achievable. He encourages us to try new things, take chances and push ourselves but allows each person the freedom to do what feels comfortable to them. I leave each week breathing more deeply, feeling relaxed and renewed, and already looking forward to his next class.

I was having a terrible time with a hard-to-heal hamstring injury and Dan spent some time with me teaching me how to do a fascia release, and working out my hamstring with this contraption! Just a few minutes and I noticed a huge difference! I've also taken his acro-yoga and aerial yoga classes... Highly recommend!

Dan teaches to all levels. He explains the poses for beginners and teaches how to build from the ground up. He also gives room for exploration and challenges advanced yogis. Great music too!!!

I'm a swimming coach who works everyday and my shoulder has been getting tight on me. I scheduled a massage with Dan right after one of our training sessions and it was AMAZING ! He really helps with our gym work too... we talk about exercises to strengthen my SUPER hyper-mobile shoulders and how to stabilize properly to avoid injury. He worked the mobility right back into my shoulder and I was back in the pool the next day! Since I've met Dan I've learned how to safely work out and stretch without almost dislocating my shoulder . Couldn't be more thankful !
