there is no tammy who works here - i think some of these reviews are for Heavenly Hands on Frederick Rd. Charnette goes out of her way for you and does a tremendous job. If its difficult to book with her occasionally its because she has such a following and is so good at listening to what you need and has the best prices of anyone. Terrific service, terrific woman.

Charnette's is both friendly and talented. She knows how to work the knots out using a variety of techniques and methodologies. The massage was tough (my back was a mess) but she checked in periodically and talked me through the worst knots. The space was calming and peaceful and I felt comfortable at all parts of my visit.

I bought my husband a massage here for his birthday. He made an appointment, took time off work, and drove there only to find out that their website had been messing up appointments and booked him for two months later. They knew about this problem and could have called us or at the very least given us a discount/gift card when he showed up. They didn't bother to do either of those things. Very disappointed with their service.
