Very impressed. I had an appointment at 9, was brought back before my appointment time, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Stellar service on an obviously busy Saturday morning during Covid.

Two check-in kiosk machines are making life more comfortable, services are fine.
Each time I come into this specific Lab Corp I am in and out. Some times it is just an in and out thing, friendly professional people of course but not much conversation (not saying that’s a bad thing). But today was different. Ruth was very sweet to me which was expected as I said before but she left me in a kind of deep thought after I left as we talked about our concerns about Covid-19 and how it’s changed our day to day life whether we like it or not. Overall we are doing what we can to keep and maintain good health all around. Ruth thank you for the kind words today, I really appreciate it and I hope each and every one of you in this facility has a great day in spite of this pandemic!
This location lost our results and then had the gall to lie to our healthcare provider saying that we never showed up for the appointment to have blood drawn and drop off a specimen sample... Despite booking online, having a confirmation # on the print-off etc... can't wait for them to try and bill my insurance carrier where I will tell them to deny the payment unless the lab can produce proof that we were there (ie. our test results). Follow-up, they just billed my insurance 900 for services that they claim they never provided...
