DO NOT and AGIN I SAY DO NOT. go hear for SERVICES!I was with mosaic for 6 yrs or more and had GOOD DOCTORS at FIRST but that ALL CHANGED QUICKLY!ONCE Dr Arce left all they had was WANT A BE YOUNG UNPROFESSIONAL doctors REPLACE THEM!I was going EVERY 3 months than THEY want to change it MONTHLY and I was coming from Westminster!I was on gabapenten,alprazolam and others and they TOKE my MEDICATIONS for NO REASON expect because the became CONTROL MEDICATION and are SCARED of being INVESTIGATE because there PRESCRIBING THEM to ONES with PRIVATE INSURANCE LIKE CANDY (I'm on medicare) for profit!Not to MENTION that they had ME go THROUGH 4 different DOCTORS in 6. Months because they NO NOTHING about HEALH CARE just how to BILL for PROFIT!The LAST STRAW was when they had me DOING VIDEO VISITS with a PA Dr SPAN who wasn't EVEN ASSOCIATED to MOSAIC!It is and INSURANCE SCAMMING BUSINESS not a MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE!They give medication that DON'T work when you were doing well on them and DON'T CARE about your WELLBEING!I end UP in a MENTAL HEALTH HOSPITAL because they TOOK AWAY my MEDICATIONS that WORKED and didn't CARE!

I was paired with Rachel as my therapist. On our 2nd session she acted as if I was romantically pursuing her just because I called her cute in a journal entry I brought in to read to her. My journal entry contained explicit sexual content about a date I had. So this and just because I had a female therapist before her somehow warranted her and her boss heather that i needed to be paired with a male therapist. Tell heather she needs to grow up and be a big girl and be able to handle talking about sex. I told both rachel and heather that I am traumatized by male health professionals because of a sad life experience I had to endure and they said they were \suggesting\ that I see a Male therapist then they turned it into an ultimatum on the say day they suggested it because I got a call from heather the next day and she said if I didn't agree to see a male therapist that they would no longer provide me services. It's these kind of people that make the world see that there are people in the healthcare industry that will only help others when it's convenient for them. Good luck finding clients that follow your every whim. Change doesn't happen over night and it sure does not happen in one sessions. I swear to God that I regret having been referred here by my friends in my NAMI mental health support group. I never met a more garbage organization than this one. I wouldn't send dying kids in Africa to this place.
So far my experiences with dr. Narang has been helpful to me and John potash my psychologist he seems to just ask a lot of questions repetitive each visit I come and it annoys me sometimes but all in all so very good place for mental illness
The time I was there 6 months ,still couldn't stop my PTSD and BIPOLAR DEPRESSION, major depression, miss 1 appointment and they said it was 2 in a row ,They are not worth it .but I told the owner he call police took me share that at hospital, totally uncool .them curse me because I fired them ,Boycotting them ,Boycotting rude uncaring owners
