Update, it’s been 3 months since I’ve had both my lower wisdom teeth extracted. Right side of my tongue is still numb and I received a bill stating I owed additional money after I paid in full before my visit. Do not go here!!!

What others have said is True! This place is ran by people that only cares about your money. Do not waste your time and hard earned money on them. Go somewhere else. There's also that 194 hidden fee they add at the end of your visit. Awful customer service! You've been warned!

I was referred to Dr. Lyn and his team at Catonsville Oral Surgery to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I couldn’t of been happier with the process and how comfortable everyone in the office made me feel. It’s all the more impressive that this was all conducted during this Covid pandemic. I would recommend anyone needing dental advice and/or surgery to consider this office.

Although having multiple teeth extracted isn't fun; Dr Reid and her staff made it bearable.. She took the time to talk to me during the surgery to keep me relaxed, calm and comfortable. I often find myself a little nervous trying to anticipate pain. The Dr was very attentive, and at my slightest reaction she administered more numbing medicine to keep me comfortable... great job every one!

While this seems to be a quality facility, the front office performs a dismal service regarding following up with client procedures. It has now been three weeks and the office has not once followed up with me regarding my son’s services. I am having to do all of the leg work. Secure authorizations for his CT scans to which they never gave me the option three weeks ago. I’m appalled at the front office who has advised that the doctor doesn’t call patients. I’ve never heard of such. She even asked for my son’s doctor info which was provided 24 hours prior to today to which I stated, “I gave that yesterday, shouldn’t that be in his files.” Her reply, “Well I’m not looking at that right now, one second.” REALLY! Then she gives me the information to confirmation. They were supposed to secure a prior authorization for my son’s oral surgery, it’s been three weeks. I called and they said, “oh, there’s another step we need to do” which still hasn’t been done. Never had the front office followed up to tell me where the authorization stands. This is an unfortunate experience. I had high hopes for this doctor, but the office that is maintaining the client relationship is pathetic. I believe the doctors of this office should revisit client service with their front staff. Really horrible service and horrible follow up. Hopefully, the next patient/client will have a more favorable experience. Moreover, I am appalled that the Dr. Lyn refuses to call me, and has placed his admin staff in a compromising position. They certainly should not bear the “full” brunt of the matter, and I was reminded of this by a patient. She pulled me to the side and said, “you know who really needs to hear this, the doctor.” She is right!
