Family Reunion

Brought a Peace lily for my cousin funeral . Paid for five additional sunflower to be inserted into it ,to make it look fuller. It’s arrived on a timely matter, but it was not completed there was no sunflowers to be found .Went for for a return they told me they would refund half the money. I said ,that is unacceptable I want all of my money back. They said we can only refund half because we sent the flower. I said yes ,I’ll pay for it you were supposed to send the flower .Have called spoke to people, but never The supervisor I am getting the runaround , nothing has been resolved as of yet

I recommend against this florist. I placed a custom order in advance, and it arrived a day late. The flowers were lovely, but visibly wilted, and they only partially followed my guidelines (which is fine, but I would have expected to hear from them prior to delivering the order if they could not fulfill my request--I had even emailed them to follow-up after the order was placed). They offered no explanation for the delay, and I have yet to hear from them regarding my concerns. I received two delivery confirmations: one the night that the flower were not delivered, and once once they actually were the next day.

Ordered a prayer plant for a friends viewing. The one pictured had 4 blooms. The one on display had 5 blooms. I was told the delivered one would be just as nice. The one delivered had none. ZERO. I was disappointed and embarrassed. As well as feeling ripped off. Beware if you buy here.

Flower received was NOT what I ordered. I understand the need to substitute flowers, containers, etc., but the substitution flowers were unacceptable, and looked like they'd fallen over in the delivery vehicle multiple times before they arrived.
