The therapist Amy is great but the secretary, Pat is rude, obnoxious and irritating. She also acted like a mistake with scheduling my appointment was my fault. Today I asked her, \ how about a 2:00 appointment\ for next month and she replies, \Is that the time you want or not.\ I then restated that I would like a 2:00 appointment. How hard is it to understand. I simply asked her in questioning tone because the doctor is usually booked up pretty fast and I wanted to know if that was an available time. I'm sure about the time I want to come. She made the scheduling error, not me. She has a rude tone in her voice especially if someone doesn't understand what she said. She mumbles sometimes. I know you might want to be retired by now but don't take it out on me. The psychiatrist doesn't care about side effects from medication and doesn't want you to switch to another one whether the medication is given really bad side effects or not. I won't be seeing the psychiatrist after my next appointment.
