First let me start off by saying my family and I stay at this hotel very often while visiting family in this area and normally our visits are good, but not this time. First our reservation couldn't be found, second there was no toilet paper and was told by 2 different desk clerks they had no way of replacing the items, third the soaps were all used even the bar of soap was like a quarter of the normal size, fourth there were dirty washcloths in the shower, fifth the TV remote didn't work and after letting the desk know all of this all they could say was there's no other rooms and there's no one to come do house keeping or bring the missing supplies. I am highly disappointed with this visit

Beware — Pool is not open & according to our neighbor - it’s been closed awhile with promises of being open but those have fallen through. No calls or emails about this unfortunately. This is a newer hotel so we expected better. Rooms were not clean, we had used cups, dog hair everywhere and dirty floors with pieces of trash. How does that happen? Our remote wouldn’t work and my son found that it didn’t have any batteries. Night clerk was not wearing her mask which is a bit disappointing considering we’re in a pandemic & their are guidelines in place.

Rooms are nice and clean, beds soft. Breakfast was tasty. Sherrie fixed us biscuits and gravy, sausage links and eggs. It came with a to go container. Apparently there are dogs allowed here but they aren't allowed in the kitchen. I haven't seen any on my trip though. No complaints here.

La quinta inn Tulsa Oklahoma This hotel service and stay was one of the worst my wife and I have ever experienced. Clearly they are understaffed, underqualifed, and frankly unsure of how to upkeep a clean environment. Our stay started off poorly when we got to our room and there was an EXCESSIVE amount of hair all over the bedding. Ranging from small pet-like hairs to long dark human hairs. I went to the front to try and get new bedding, and the receptionist could only offer me new sheets but no one was available to clean the room/bedding. I told her how we would need more than sheets since the hair was everywhere, she then let us try another room. Unfortunately that room had copious amounts of hair too. I returned to the front and explained how it was the same situation so she told me I could check out another room down the hall that was an upgrade and had me go see if it was “clean enough” so after another trip that room ended up being good and clean. I told her that one would work fine, and she proceeded to tell me that it’s not available for both days we needed and that she was sorry. I asked for a refund at this point - she pleaded we try to work it out somehow with them, so she found a similar room to the one I had seen and said that one was available. I viewed that room and it smelt horribly of onions but ended up saying whatever, we’ll just take it. We moved to the room however the staff gave us no discounts, services, or things for all the trouble. There were no cleaning staff available at all during our stay. It was just a ridiculous nightmare for a less than average stay.

Okay the lobby was clean and looked nice.. then we got to our room where it was like someone really had just took a shower. The front desk lady just walked right into my room. Says she thought it was her room oh sorry. The a charge from the hotel gets declined because my husband and I turn our cards off. Well she never gave it back to us. I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone or even myself staying at that location again. Which sucks because y'all was my favorite motel.

We chose to stay at La Quinta because of our two dogs traveling with us. The front desk was very kind and helped accommodate our stay with an end room with direct access to the pet area. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy! Very quiet throughout the night. They also provided a to-go, hot breakfast and were great following the covid guidelines. If you need somewhere to stay while in/passing through Catoosa, OK - I highly recommend this La Quinta.

After doing some research I found this hotel to be the closest to the Hard Rock Casino. Also had excellent reviews on Google and TripAdvisor. The hotel was across the street from Hard Rock Casino and hotel. Staying here was half the price. The hotel looked well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to upgrade my room because I am a diamond member. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. There were a few minor mataince issues that did affect my experience. I brought it to the attention of Cheryl in the morning after checking out. She took notes and apologized. Luke the night clerk was also very polite and helpful on our arrival. During to Covid the hot breakfast was served in styrofoam boxes and we had to eat in our rooms. A bit difficult if there are no tables. Overall we will definitely stay here again. I wish we knew about this hotel years ago and would have stayed then. Now we have another hotel to keep on our short list of must stay when traveling the USA.

Super nice and clean motel. Really good location. The motel is clean and 0ur room was clean and very nice. The staff was all very helpful and pleasant..
