Brad is a really good agent. Just a regular guy and a good guy at that. But make no mistake he knows his stuff. I often get the best rates from Shelter but he's worth the extra when they arent the cheapest. No insurance experience is perfect but this is pretty close.

Do not hesitate to get Shelter Insurance through Brad Siegenthaler's agency. Everyone there is a top-notch professional in the insurance industry and it feels like you're doing business with good friends. Their personalized and responsive approach to their customer is very much appreciated compared to much of today's on-line, impersonal, no-customer-service business atmosphere. We have our home, autos, boat, rv and rental properties all insured with Shelter and because of Brad and his staff, we won't go anywhere else for our insurance needs! Brad is by far the best ins. Agent I've ever had the privilege of using. Before shelter I changed agency's every year. I've been there approximately 5 years now and have absolutely no reason to change. I hope this review dosen't give him a big head.. I really dont want to move on.

Brad is so helpful and personable! Once my husband had an appointment to talk with him about insurance and his truck broke down..Brad came and picked him up and they talked about insurance on the way to the auto part store. Lol He is really great to work with and prices are good! His employee Tracy is always most helpful when I call for anything.

These guys and especially Tracy should get six stars for their excellent service. i've never had vehicle insurance where the folks give a personal touch to everything first class treatment and customer service. I get mail from Gieco and other insurance companies offering deals but I don't even open them. I'm cool with Shelter.
