SAB Calzados is located in Catral, Spain on Carretera de Catral a San Isidro, Km. 1,. SAB Calzados is rated 4.6 out of 5 in the category apparel & fashion in Spain. A company specializing in injection and vulcanized manufacturing able to reduce the inventory uncertainty. We have experience of over 25 years in shoes production with these technologies and we are able to manufacture more than 2,500,000 pairs per year. We are working in high quality products, where the ratio cost/quality is the highest. Thus we provide our customers the best price and helping them making their products more competitive, achieving a fast stock turnover in their stores. SAB CALZADOS employs highly qualified and experienced workers during all the processes (design, quality control, production,…..) to achieve the final goal of our clients. Our target is to offer the client a “suit that fits their necessities” in the sense of design, developments, delivery times, quality, prices,……… 600 m2 for production divided in three main factories. 200 m2 for storage. Twelve injection machines. With a daily production capacity of 1200 pairs. Thirty-two vulcanized machine. With a daily production capacity of 1.500 pairs. We manufacture in the Alicante region of (Spain); close to our customers, which allow us achieve a supply chain more reactive and efficient. SAB CALZADOS knows how important is to get confidence from our clients, so with that propose we work hardly to keep a high quality standards in our audits process. Working with the most important companies makes us being very strict on audits having a designated team in our company to reach the clients requirements on that field. We are members of Sedex and use to work with the main audits companies like INTERTEK, SGS, BUREAU VERITAS, TUV, …….
