Central hudson is a real piece of work the electric bills are all over the place even when your not home for months at a time the bill will stay the same and geez are the bills high no matter what you do to makr gour house energy efficient. The customer service team dont care and the technicians are not knowledgeable even when asked a simple ohms law question. Some electricians if you ask me. Power is allways going out because the transformers keep blowing up and there to cheap to not replace them and have familys suffer if i had another option to go with another company i would of left a long time ago they just like there red headed step child mid-hudson cable. Allways taken advantage of people even when times get hard.

I've got the highest electric bill I've ever gotten during the 2 months that we're not supposed to work how is this even possible when I was not even in my Barber shops to get a 200 and some dollar bill the whole world is shut down but I get this bill for 245.00

Bills are all over the place even tho our usage is consistent. Trying to get ahold of customer service this am and originally my wait time was 4 minutes and stated my call will be answered in the order it was received. Some music played and then the recording said your estimated wait time is now 27 minutes??
