My mom stayed at the Pines for about 5 months until she passed away recently. The care she received was excellent. The nurses, Marla, Patricia, Kathy and all the rest always went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and had the medication she needed, including the myriad of chemo drugs she required. They were always proactive about keeping me in the loop when things started to go south for my mom. The aides also always did their best to keep mom happy. Danielle, the business manager, was incredibly helpful and patient with me as we worked through the Medicare/Medicaid money issues. My mom considered the Pines her home until the end, and everyone there will always be rock stars in my eyes. They made a very tough time much easier.

I could not believe the care & compassion provided at The Pines. The entire staff made sure that any time I needed something it was taken care of. I was really able to get to know the nursing staff. They treated me like family. The therapy staff was always professional and kept pushing me each and every day to get better. I owe them too many thank yous to count. I never had to worry about nursing care which made me and my family the most comfortable. I could just focus on getting better each day. I will only go to The Pines for rehab and will only recommend The Pines for rehab. They really do care.
