I can't say enough good about the Verizon store in Catskill. I'm a Realtor and I was having issues with my phone not working and I went to the store on the day they were having a school backpack give away and were closed. I tried the door and I think the manager, Ryan Bice saw the desperation on my face and opened up for me. He quickly addressed my phone issues and spent about an hour and half trying to help me. While it was a temporary fix, it helped me tremendously. He went above and beyond anything I expected. He could've easily said, \we're closed\, but he didn't. Ultimately, I ended up there again and he concluded I probably needed to replace the phone and helped me with the call to Verizon. I got my replacement and then reached out to him - yet again - to see if he'd help me set it up. He readily said yes and I went in today and he set me up. He's the best asset Verizon has. He's so professional and polite to all the people that came in store while I was there. I can't say enough good things about him - it restored my faith in humankind. Verizon is very lucky to him be their face to the public. If I could give 10 Stars, I would. Thank you again, Ryan Bice!!

Excellent customer service! Ryan Bice did a great job helping me move my mother’s number to my plan and got me set up with my new phone. Even though I came in just before the store was supposed to close he took his time to take care of me. Highly recommend!!
