On 27 January 2020. Terrible service to my dinner party of seven. The waiter was arrogant, dismissive, impatient, rude, combative, inattentive, overbearing and argumentative. He attempted to push high price wine on us (he was rebuffed, brusquely) late bringing our dinner and failed to compute the check correctly. Only until we scrutinized the check did we realize he had summarized it completely inaccurately. This man's command of English was poor at best, though he battled with us at length, unable to understand our very basic questions. We prevailed in our protests and finally received satisfaction, but it was not a pleasant way to end an otherwise mediocre meal. I cannot recall that he smiled once. There are other restaurants in Cavalese besides \La Stua\ with a better menu and profoundly better service.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the breakfast was very bad! Our 2nd day here they did not even have more bread left. Omelette and fruit were no more left off and they did not plan to do anything about it until I told the boss ... There are also dogs around the tour, including the dog to the manager of the hotel. The 4 stars on this are incredibly kidding they've got such bad sercice ...
A parte la bella accoglienza, il servizio e la location, l'antipasto era veramente una piccola porzione e non valeva certamente i 15 euro spesi, il primo piatto era insapore e molto asciutto. Non corrispondeva di sicuro al prezzo pagato. Mi spiace ma se pago 14 euro per un primo piatto pretendo che li valga.
Ristorante in centro a Cavalese con arredamento classico \da montagna\ tutto in legno con menù tipico della zona. Da migliorare il servizio un po' lento e disattento.
Alla location darei 5 stelle... Ma per due piatti di salumi (non di eccellenza), un primo (asciutto), dell'insalata e delle patatine fritte per i bambini, senza vino o bibite, pagare 100 è assolutamente un'esagerazione. Delle cifre simili le spendo volentieri se il prodotto lo merita... altrimenti no. In questo caso, molto deludente.
Si trova in una bella struttura storica, nel centro di Cavalese, collegato all'hotel omonimo. Molto bello ed elegante il salone, una bella stube in legno in cui troverete molti richiami alla principessa Sissy. I tavoli sono eleganti e ben distanziati e le proposte del menù sono orientate al territorio ( ma non solo...). Piacevole.
Si potrebbe migliorare e non di poco. Voglio riprovare comunque
Ristorante molto bello e tipico nel centro del paese. Ottimi piatti e ben presentati. Ottima qualita/prezzo. Da consigliare.
