I moved to the area during lockdown and Cavallini have kept me strong. They only make perfect things. The bread is excellent. The croissant are world class, the apple crumble bombolone worthy of a love sonnet. And today they brought back the escargots. The best I ever tasted. The staff are friendly, but they take their work seriously. The products of their work are seriously brilliant.

Great cakes and food let down by slow service Went in for a take away coffee and cake but the staff were so slow. Ok if you are a local sitting at a table or have plenty of time but it took almost 10 mts to get my coffee. Person on the coffee machine was a young student type not a professional barista so each coffee took ages to make Avoid if in a rush

Rude staff. Lady said she had run out of croissants even though there were about 5 in the window. She wouldn’t make a ham and cheese croissant because they “don’t” make them fresh. They weren’t out of ham and cheese. Place was pretty empty too. Lazy.
