The best chippy in hull. The chips are the best I ever tasted. The batter around the fish was soggy though and I like crispy batter.

Used cave Street fisheries when I was a kid way back in the fifties, and it's still great fish and chips. Chips are browned off, not like the anemic offerings in most fish shops.
Beat chippy in Hul. Fish was massive and so meaty and full of flavour. Not watery like some places. The chips also spot on. Can see why it has won taste award 2 years running
