Can't say how easy and accomadating cavectra are. Buying a car blind during lockdown is really scary, but cavectra were totally brilliant. Car came with 6 month warrenty, 12month MOT, gap insurance. Excellent service, highly recommended

A fantastic company that went to the ends of the earth to facilitate me. I purchased a jaguar XE prestige sport from here in white and they ensured that all of my needs were met in addition to part exchanging my old vehicle. The car was ready in less than a week, they provided a full MOT on sale which was passed fine and the car was ready for me on the day it went through. They were also able to do some aesthetic touch up work on the car during the financial processing which has made the whole car look mint. They are lovely people right down to the assistants who helped me to move my old baby seat from the previous car I owned into the new car which they didn’t have to do. I was provided with break down cover for a year with AA free of charge, they arranged my road tax for me and even during this time of immense pressure for businesses ensured that nothing was back logged due to the pandemic. Rob is a lovely chap who communicated with me throughout the process as this was quite a large upgrade for me financially and was able to find me the best monthly quote to suit my needs. I had been to several other dealers before finding these guys and I’m really glad I decided to buy a car with them because I felt like they cared about me and my wishes as opposed to pushing me into the sale. Totally messed around by this company! My partner and I needed to replace our car after it was written off at the beginning of lockdown. As soon as dealerships began reopening we booked a test drive for a Kia sportage here. We live around 40mins away. All went well and we left a deposit being told 7-10 days for them to do a few things that needed repairing/preparing etc. The space I have to write this review wouldn't even be long enough to cover the amount of problems we had here! Work wasn't done after being told it had already been repeatedly, we made several journeys to collect our car as per cavectras instructions but on arrival the work hadn't actually been done or MORE problems miraculously appeared ie, badly chipped windscreens which had been bodged and 2 different guys working there gave us 2 completely different stories as to what had happened... broken wing mirrors, dodgy paint jobs, they only had 1 key for it which was broken, engine lights coming on etc to name just a few. SEVEN weeks they messed us around for, my partner took time off work to collect the car at later dates due to them not having it ready when said only for it to then still not be done so time off work was wasted, the whole time they had our deposit for this car. They just kept giving us excuses after excuses and eventually the finance company withdrew from offering their services to cavectra as they were acting, in their words 'suspiciously'. Now miraculously the same exact car is being sold on their website for over 1000 more. So clearly they just chose not to stick to their word of completing repairs and selling to us as they didn't feel they were making enough profit! AFTER selling to us, taking our money and us trusting their word for 7 weeks! Luckily we eventually found a better deal elsewhere and got a newer car for less, however this company's actions led to unbelievable hassle and loss of money for us!

Rob and the Cavectra Centre made purchasing a new car a wonderful, enjoyable and easy experience. Their customer service is fantastic and the team are thoughtful, professional and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough....superb
